 Enviromesh is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 When you place an order with us or enquire about our products we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. This information is gathered by us in order to organise delivery, communicate with you and enhance your shopping experience with us. We may also use this information for the purposes of market research. By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.

 Enviromesh will never pass your telephone number or email address on to a third party for marketing purposes.  We do occasionally make our postal mailing list available to carefully selected third parties whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. Data Security

 We use Sage pay to process credit and debit card payments. Sage pay is audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Enviromesh will only use your card details for the payment you authorise. We will not disclose your card details to any third parties other than the bank which processes them for payment.

 There is less risk of fraud to a customer making a credit or debit card payment on a properly secured web page, than any other method of credit or debit card payment.
