Prices

We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in the VAT rate. Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices in our catalogue may vary from those available on our website.

Delivery & Packing Charges

Our standard delivery charge to mainland U.K. is £2.50. Please telephone for delivery charges to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands.

Payment

Full payment is due when you place your order. If paying by credit/debit card your card will be charged on receipt of your order at Enviromesh.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods. This policy does not apply to business customers. Except in the case of damaged or faulty goods, or the wrong items having been sent, you will be responsible for returning goods at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in return transit.

Returns

Items should be returned to us in perfect condition with their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. You must contact us first so we can provide you with the appropriate returns address. Returns postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty or the wrong item has been sent. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

Guarantee

If goods are received damaged or faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We will reimburse the returns postage if we request the goods are returned.
